Post-Treatment

Best Recovery For The Greatest Results

The beauty treatments at Vive Medical Spa are personalized and designed for each particular patient, according to their health condition, age, weight, objectives or other factors. Each treatment is different, so it is important that the patient follow the doctor’s instructions before and after the procedure, to obtain the best results.

Some of the treatments use cold or heat to obtain the objectives, in other cases various high-tech resources are used, such as laser light, electromagnetic waves or others. In those cases, it is important that the patient carefully follows the instructions of his doctor and not apply other medications or substances than those indicated.

In most cases, the patient can continue with his normal activities, although he must always be careful, avoid blows or exercise at later hours. In certain procedures, the use of lotions, sunscreen or antiseptic creams, especially for facial treatments, will be indicated.

Non-invasive procedures are safe and quick to recover, so if special care is required, they will be limited to the following hours after the treatment.

Remember that the results are not always immediate and that even when you can see improvements instantly, the full effectiveness of the treatment will only be seen in the following days or weeks.

Botox And Fillers Aftercare

Botox and Fillers as hyaluronic acid are some of the most popular treatments for improving the skin, relaxing muscles in the face and other parts of the body. They are secure, natural, painless, and the treatment allows you to get rid of wrinkles, expression lines or different kinds of imperfections.

Its use in medicine has been well documented with great results for decades. After the application, you can go back to your house or workplace and continue your activities without any risk or pain.
But don’t forget that you need to follow some advice to get the best results.

In the first hours after the injections, the substances are not yet settled into your body, so you’ll need to wait for at least 24 hours to continue with your normal daily activities.
Before that, do not touch or massage, if the procedure was in your face or lips, forehead or chin, don’t smoke or sleep with your face toward the pillow.

Avoid drinking alcohol or taking blood thinner as aspirin, and don’t do exercise. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call your doctor. We’ll always be available to attend.
