Specialists have established a division of the face into three zones. There are some different aesthetic problems for each one of these areas and our physicians at VIVE Medical Spa can recommend the best treatments to attack them and get the most harmonious results according to the morphology of the patients and their personal goals.
Get to know the three zones of the face:
Upper or Superior Zone: The upper or high zone goes from the hairline to the top of the eyeball, it is the protrusion of the upper bone of the eyes, called the superciliary arch. In this zone of the face, there are wrinkles, expression lines, and forehead furrows., as well as Crow’s Feet, the wrinkles that appear on the sides of the eyes.
Middle zone: The portion of the face that goes from the birth of the superciliary arch, that is, the lower part of the eyes, to the base of the nose is called the middle zone of the face. In this zone, there are often bags under the eyes which appear with dark shades or raccoon eyes, wrinkles and flaccidity on cheekbones and cheeks. It also includes nose aesthetic irregularities such as hump on the bridge, hook shape, lack of symmetry, or Rabbit Lines.
Lower Zone: The lower zone is the one that goes from the lower part of the nose to the chin. The most frequent problems in this zone are the so-called Nasolabial Furrows, Marionette Lines, and the lack of volume and forward projection of the chin.

Wrinkles, expression lines, or furrows.
Wrinkles are the result of repeated muscle contraction over the years. When a group of muscles makes frequent gestures, the face registers wrinkles. In the same way, dry skin, the passage of time, exposure to the sun, or environmental conditions may contribute to it. To solve these problems, you have a wide range of options.
Botox
Is the best-known commercial name of Botulinum Toxin Type A, although there are different brands such as Dysport and Xeomin. It is available for patients of all ages, and is regularly applied in the upper area of the face, with great effectiveness for wrinkles in the forehead, crow's feet, frown lines, and others.
Jaw Contour

Fillers
The injections of fillers promote a natural moisturizing under the skin that fills the furrows caused by age and deep wrinkles. Most of them are composed of Hyaluronic Acid and its results are immediate, although its full action appears a few days after application. Another option is Radiesse, that also provides collagen and harmoniously projecs the areas you wish to repair and improve. They are regularly applied in the middle and lower face, in the Marionette Lines, Nasolabial folds, and others.
Laser and HIFU
Ultrafrequency and Laser treatments allow repairing damaged areas of the face, either by wrinkles or other imperfections such as acne, blemishes, and freckles. Freckles and spots.
