What is Endolift?

Endolift is an innovative laser technique that uses a 1470nm diode laser fiber to deliver controlled energy directly into the subdermal layer. At Vive Med Spa in Tijuana, this minimally invasive procedure simultaneously induces lipolysis to melt unwanted fat and stimulates new collagen production to tighten the skin from within. The result is a dual-action treatment that addresses both fat deposits and skin laxity without surgery.

The procedure begins with the application of tumescent local anesthesia to ensure patient comfort. A single optical fiber, thinner than a cannula, is then introduced through a micro-entry point and guided along the treatment area. The laser energy selectively targets adipose tissue and fibrous septa, melting fat cells and triggering the synthesis of new collagen fibers. The skin retracts progressively as collagen remodels over the following three to six months.
