PRP or enriched plasma for hair loss is a hair treatment with which it is possible to isolate and use the growth factors that are in the patient\u2019s blood. It is a new technique in capillary medicine highly recommended for people with moderate hair loss as it slows hair loss and enhances its regeneration<\/p>

    What does it consist of? We introduce plasma rich in growth factors that release the patient\u2019s platelets through microinjections almost painlessly in the scalp. For small discomforts we can apply local cold or anesthesia<\/p>

    How is plasma obtained rich in growth factors obtained? Through a small blood draw from the patient. Next, we separated the plasma fractions with a controlled centrifugation of 9 minutes. Then we inject the platelet-rich plasma at the capillary level to stimulate its regeneration.<\/p>

    How many sessions are made? We usually recommend 3 sessions the first year and 1 or 2 sessions per year the following years as maintenance of the treatment. Anyway, the characteristics of the scalp of each patient and the degree of fall determine the number and frequency of the sessions.<\/p>

    How long does the treatment last? Approximately each PRP session lasts one hour which includes blood draw, centrifugation and infiltrations.<\/p>

    Will I be able to live a normal life after treatment? Yes, just to end the session you can continue with the usual routine.<\/p>

    What precautions should I take after treatment with enriched plasma? We do not recommend massaging the capillary area after infiltrations.<\/p>
